We have had some reports regarding trouble uploading ID's, and we are working to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, below are some possible solutions:
1. Try a different internet browser to complete your application
2. Try a different device to complete your application
3. Upload a blank file (something with low storage) to the ID section of the application and send a copy of your ID to info@kingdomtrust.com
