To setup an online username and password for the first time, start by navigating to the sign in page in your desktop browser.

You’ll also need an authenticator app to setup 2FA, which you can download in Apple’s App Store or the Google Play store. We've listed some popular options, though any authenticator app should work:

Once you’re on the sign in page, follow the Sign Up link underneath the Sign In button to register for a new account. Provide your email address and create a password here, then submit using the Sign Up button.

Passwords must include at least 10 characters, both an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number and at least one special character.

After you’ve submitted your email and password, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Choice by KT. Follow the link in this email to sign in with your new credentials, confirm your email and finish setting up 2FA.

Once you make it to the 2FA setup screen, open the authenticator app on your mobile device and scan the QR code that’s displayed on screen.

If you can’t scan the QR code, don’t worry. You can copy and paste the secret key on the right side of the screen into any desktop or mobile authenticator app.

Lastly, after you have scanned the QR code or pasted the secret key into your authenticator app - enter the six-digit code displayed in the authenticator app on the setup screen to confirm 2FA setup is complete.

You should see a pop-up verifying that your code was accepted. Hit Ok to proceed and you will be directed to the New Account application.

Google Authenticator not working? Try resolving with the Time Sync feature on Android devices, or these fixes for other common issues.
