How to send a wire, check or ACH to Choice for deposit into your account

Sending money for deposit into your Choice account is an easy, two-step process. To initiate a new deposit:

  1. Complete the Deposit Instructions form so we can expect your incoming funds and apply them to your account correctly
  2. Send the funds you want to deposit via wire, check or ACH to Choice following the instructions below depending on your delivery method

Wire transfer

Funds sent via wire are available in your account the next business day they are received, and typically arrive within 1 business day once the wire is initiated by your bank. There are no Choice fees for incoming wire transfers, but some banks may charge you a fee to initiate one. This is the fastest way to make a deposit into your account.

As of January 2024, our wire delivery instructions have changed.

Please only send wires to Choice using the information below to ensure your transfer is not rejected and there are no delays with your deposit.

Instructions:

  1. Complete the Deposit Instructions form
  2. Initiate the wire transfer at your bank and send to Choice with the information below:

* If your bank does not allow you to provide a memo or FFC when sending a wire, we can still apply it to your account as long as you submitted a Deposit Instructions form and the name on your bank account matches the legal name on your Choice account.

Only send wire transfers to BankUnited. Do not send an overnight or next day ACH - these will be returned and possibly incur return fees.


Mail a check 

Funds sent via check are available in your account the next business day after your check is received and typically don't incur any fees - from Choice or your bank. The mailing method you use is the biggest factor in how quickly the funds will be available in your account.

Instructions:

  1. Complete the Deposit Instructions form
  2. Make your check payable to The Kingdom Trust Company, FBO [Your Name], [Your Choice account number] - replacing the brackets with your name and Choice account number
    • For example: The Kingdom Trust Company, FBO Satoshi Nakamoto, CH90000001
  3. Mail your check to Choice using the information below:

For overnight mail (FedEx or UPS)

For standard mail (US Postal Service)

ACH transfer 

Funds sent via ACH are available in your account the same day they are received, and generally arrive within 4 business days once the transfer is initiated by your bank. There are no Choice fees for incoming ACH transfers, and most banks don't charge you any fees to initiate one.

 

Try connecting your bank account through the Choice app. If your bank isn't supported by Plaid, no worries - you can use these instructions to make a deposit via ACH too.

  2. Initiate the ACH transfer at your bank and send to Choice with the information below:

Only send ACH transfers to Independence Bank. Do not send any wire transfers - these will be rejected.
